This website is operated by Neuro Glow Pty Ltd, an Australian company. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Neuro Glow Pty Ltd.

Products and pricing
- Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- We may change prices, product descriptions and availability at any time without notice.
- We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately, but slight variations can occur on different screens.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you an order-confirmation email and have charged your payment method. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues, and will refund any amount already taken.
Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You authorise us to charge the total order amount (including shipping and any taxes) to your chosen payment method.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
